Use our app to let the V1 know he has updated content; the Breakout OP know that rehearsals are starting early; or let the AV Leads office you have last minute changes. We are here for you - 24/7.

Slide Our Process show us the details We kindly ask that our clients provide us with as much information as possible for each job. In order for us to produce the best quality technicians, we need to grasp the scope of each and every show. Gear lists, diagrams, agendas, are just a few of the tools that assist us with placing the right candidate. Client Request Job request has been received via Email, Phone or Client Portal. Availability We review the request with our coordination department and ensure the requested crew is available for the selected dates. Confirmation We approve the request once we have confirmed the crew is available. On average this process takes: 1 hour to 24 hours. Portal Client portal has been updated with the confirmed job and can reflect updates in real-time. Logistics Our coordinators begin to hand select each member of the crew while reviewing the gear and expectations with each member. Execution We keep in constant communication with our client & our crew to ensure a flawless event.
